One of the greatest challenges that group fitness instructors face is teaching to exercisers of all ages and abilities. We are charged with the task of designing safe, effective programming that makes everyone in the room feel successful, whether they're a beginner or more advanced exerciser. This week, Angie shares some insight on how to offer modifications to target all levels of exercisers and how to use the exerciser continuum as a guide.
