Floor to Standing Transfer For Older Adults

Creating choreography is not as complex as it seems. In her last video, Angie showed you a simple method to design choreography and teach 32-count sequences. This week she shows you how to put multiple 32 count sequences together to create choreography for an entire class. The movements are simple at their base and become more complex when you add elements of variation that reflect your personal style. Creating choreography is a fundamental skill of instruction that will open the door to endless possibilities.
