When we move, whether it’s across the country or to city nearby, we have to start fresh in group fitness. Being the new instructor comes with its challenges, but it’s a great testament to our skills to excel in different environments. This week, Angie shares some tips to help you start over successfully. Like dating, it’s all about finding a club where you feel a connection.
