Kettlebell Combination – Part II

tips from angie

Kettlebells are dynamic and challenging and they train the whole body. They’re also choreography free, and that’s something a lot of participants appreciate. Last month, Angie shared a kettlebell combination that’s great to teach in small and large group fitness classes. Due to popular demand, this week she shares another combination with four exercises that progress in intensity and complexity. The goal is that each exercise adds an additional layer that keeps participants engaged mentally and physically. You can adapt the exercises to meet the needs of your participants, or use it as inspiration to create combinations of your own.
