Kettlebell Combination for Group Fitness

tips from angie

Kettlebells are a great tool to use in small and large group fitness classes. You can use them in circuit or bootcamp style classes, or devote an entire class to kettlebell training. Grouping exercises into kettlebell sets that progress in intensity and complexity can offer a dynamic challenge for you and your participants. This week, Angie shares one kettlebell set with three progressions. You can modify it to meet the needs of your group and use it as inspiration to create more sets of your own.
