How to Build Body Confidence

motivate members

As group fitness instructors we're all about building body confidence in others, but what about us? Body confidence, in a body conscious industry, can be hard to hold on to. This week Angie shares two ways to build body confidence that will help you appreciate who you are from the inside- not just what you see on the outside.
