Emergency Response Certification is a one-day program which covers recognition
of and first aid for emergencies such as heart attacks, shock, heat exhaustion,
stroke and musculoskeletal injuries. The Emergency Response Certification
course also covers steps in developing an emergency-action plan and exposure-control
