This workshop reviews the proper biomechanics, basic moves, potential injuries,
ideal format and choreography for kickboxing classes.

Recommended precursors: Group exercise teaching experience,
Primary Group Exercise Certification, familiarity with basic kickboxing techniques,
and an understanding of AFAA's Basic Exercise Standards and Guidelines.
